What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Ragnarok: The Lost Continent collects personal data you provide us for provide you, the User, access to Ragnarok: The Lost Continent’s services and game. We require your data to complete registration of your Ragnarok: The Lost Continent Account and game account. Once your Account is created, your data may be used in conjunction with resolving support tickets, troubleshooting issues with your game access, game account, or other communications. Your information may also be used to validate payments made to Ragnarok: The Lost Continent and to improve our services.

Forum and Wiki

When Users leave messages on the forums, respond to news postings with comments, or make edits to the Ragnarok: The Lost Continent wiki, we log and collect data relating to the visitor’s IP address and browser to reduce spam and moderate forums. Other information you provide to us through your registration on the Ragnarok: The Lost Continent forums or wiki may be visible to other users, such as but not limited to, your profile picture, your forum or wiki username, and your posting history.

Images and Other Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Inappropriate media will be investigated thoroughly and any Users uploading prohibited or illegal media will result in immediate suspension of that User’s account.
